Campaign Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Creators must register through Cruva to participate and qualify for rewards.
Campaign Period
November 1 – December 13, 2026.
Qualifying Content & GMV
Only GMV generated from NEW TikTok Shop shoppable videos published during the campaign period will count toward rewards. Videos posted before November 1 or after December 13 will not qualify. An additional 3-day grace period allows qualifying videos to continue generating eligible GMV through December 16, 2026.
GMV Tracking & Verification
Cruva will track qualifying videos and GMV using TikTok Shop analytics. Final results will be determined using TikTok Shop analytics and are subject to verification. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or invalid orders may be excluded from final GMV calculations.
Reward Tiers
Creators who meet the qualifying GMV requirements for a reward tier will be eligible to receive the corresponding prize. Each creator may qualify for and receive one reward tier only, based on their highest achieved tier. Rewards are not cumulative or stackable.
Prize Options
Eligible creators may choose between the cash reward or the alternative prize valued up to the cash reward amount associated with their qualifying tier, subject to availability.
Prize Selection & Fulfillment
JIYU will contact eligible creators via email or DM following the conclusion of the challenge to confirm their reward selection. Creators must respond within 14 calendar days of JIYU's email to select their preferred prize option. If no response is received within this period, the reward will automatically default to the cash payout associated with their qualifying tier.
Content Guidelines
All qualifying content must be authentic, original, and compliant with TikTok Shop policies and JIYU's brand guidelines. Spam, misleading claims, fraudulent activity, or duplicate content may result in disqualification.
General Terms
JIYU reserves the right to verify campaign participation, qualifying GMV, and reward eligibility and to disqualify fraudulent or non-compliant activity. Any campaign modifications will be communicated to participants.
